calie garrett - worship pastor

Calie is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a double major in Music and Religious Studies. After graduation, Calie married Daniel, her awesome, talented, and good-looking husband. ;-) She grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and lived there until she attended U.Va. and made Charlottesville her home. Before cfa brought Calie on as the worship pastor, she attended cfa and played on the cfa worship team for about 2 years. Calie also led worship for Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship at U.Va. for her last 2 years of college. Along with leading cfa's worship, Calie is the "young adults pastor" for cfa, providing both singles and couples a unique opportunity to meet, hang out, and build community together. Calie and Daniel are expecting their first child around September 27th!

Calie has an uncanny love for flip flops and pedicures. She absolutely loves Haagen Dazs chocolate ice cream and getting random cards in the mail. On staff, Calie is the moderator of all things corny, as well as the Captain of Comfy Dress.
